CBRE GWS Finland Oy offers you a role in a growing international Commercial Real Estate and Facility Management company where you get to work closely together with the business. Your main focus will be to support the business growth strategy by executing on the employer bran d strategy, recruiting our future talents and being a People Advisor to the business. This role also includes administration of issue contracts, onboarding, compensation (payroll input) and benefit, sick-leave admin, and making sure the employee data is up to date in various systems. You will also get to be part of new client or business transfer processes from a People perspective. Currently CBRE GWS Finland Oy employs 72 real estate and facility management professionals working on different client sites around the country, mainly in the capital region.
In this role you will report to the Nordic People Director who is based in Sweden. You will together with the People Director drive and be responsible for People (HR) in Finland.

We are looking for a person who has/is:
· Suitable Bachelor’s or master’s degree for example in HR or business administration
· Minimum 2 years of experience from a similar HR role
· Passion for people and organization development
· Self-driven with great prioritization skills
· High level of integrity and customer service approach
· Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing in Finnish and English
· Experience from working with Collective Bargaining Agreements/s is a plus
We offer an interesting role with opportunities in a fast growing, international company. With the support of the People Director, you will continue building and developing the People function in the Finnish organization and are able to make a true impact on employee experience. This role is a full time role, maternity cover starting in February until April 2022, placed in Helsinki.
