Central Stocking Location Controller to ESAB

Poolia PRESENTATION ESAB Finance Centre is growing and are therefore looking for a CSL Controller who will be responsible for financial and management accounting, controlling and reporting for the Central Equipment Stocking Location. ARBETSUPPGIFTER Main responsibilities: - Financial and management accounting, controlling and reporting on accounting records. - Maintenance of all accounting controls. - Journal input and control. - Balance sheet account reconciliation. - Weekly and monthly controls. - Assisting with unit reporting of results to head office. - Financial commentary/analysis. - Budgeting and forecasting. - Supporting SSC/SSL Financial Controller with ad hoc reports and requests. - Weekly cashflow reporting. - Adherence to group and local SSC policies and procedures. - Liaising with data quality team, system diagnostics and rectification of errors. UTBILDNING/ERFARENHET You need to be a qualified accountant or have a professional qualification in accountancy or business administration. You also have to have at least 3 years experience in accounting involving reconciliation and reporting work. To be able to demonstrate preferably international practical experience and high degree of IT literacy. A good level of English language is important and a good level of Swedish language is also seen as an advantage. You need to be highly analytical, attentive to detail and uncompromising about reconciliation and financial control. Must be able to demonstrate understanding of accounting and control. Robust temperament, confident and credible yet with requisite humility. Able to cope under pressure and quick learner. Good communicator, firm but diplomatic and reliable, trustworthy and honest. Good organisational skills and be able to meet deadlines and therefore flexible on working hours at certain times of the month. There may be a relatively degree of travel expected.
