You aim to deliver the right information to support decision-making towards projects and products, management, board, and the entrepreneurs and owners of the Techno Creatives Group consisting of, at this date, seven companies. Your aim is to get better every day, for yourself and for the people around you.



About your job
As our CFO you will be given the overall responsibility for the company’s finance function and want you to be involved in developing and growing our business and portfolio. You will support our companies within the Techno Creatives portfolio and iteratively execute tasks with the mindset of optimization after the company's needs.

The following areas exist within your supervision and we believe you’ll find the best way of executing them:

- Bookkeeping & Invoicing

- Group consolidation

- Weekly, monthly and annual reporting

- Payroll, Pension, and HR administration & support

- Project KPI, yield, and utilization

- Budget & forecast

- Analysis, optimization, and financial management

- Financing, Investor, and Bank relationships

Do you recognize yourself in the following experiences, knowledge, and competencies? Then you should apply now.

- CFO experience and knowledge in accounting and group consolidation, payroll, and invoicing, including weekly, monthly, and annual reporting routines. With this experience, you show attention to detail and have built a strong economical intuition.

- Proven track record of building your own routines, and structure, and improving your work processes using automation. Helping to free up time for you and everyone else you are serving.

- Experience in using data-driven decision support and knowledge in creating template sheets (Google / Microsoft) and advanced budgeting. Your analytical competence gives you the ability to see trends and patterns allowing us to work seamlessly, help us steer the companies efficiently, and take the right actions.

- A curiosity of working tight with entrepreneurs and a genuine interest in understanding business logic. Helping you to communicate openly and clearly with your stakeholders in both Swedish and English language.

The Techno Creatives is a creative tech house using technology in creative ways to solve real world problems that have a potential global impact on people's everyday lives.

Recent work includes creating digital experiences for Universeum to help develop the next generation of STEM professionals, developing and bringing a Bluetooth Mesh-based lighting solution to market to enhance safety in high-risk industries, creating a connected child seat to prevent abandonment accidents, and a rental service for electric vessels, based on our own IoT platform, making the boating experience accessible by disrupting the ownership model.

With offices in Gothenburg and Shenzhen, covering hardware, cloud, and software we have the ability to take full ownership from initiation to continuous product growth.
