Your new company
EPC Sverige AB is a nationwide explosives supplier that has its manufacturing and head office on the outskirts of Eskilstuna. EPC Sverige AB has annual sales of approximately SEK 3,00 million and more than 7,000 employees, of which about 20 are in Eskilstuna. EPC Sverige AB is part of the French group EPC Groupe based in Paris.

Your new role
You will work in a small team where everyone is a specialist in their fields. To succeed in the position, you need to have a good analytical ability as the work is largely hands on. Personal qualities carry weight when recruiting this position.

Main tasks

* Personnel responsibility, management and responsibility for day-to-day work at the department
* Responsibility for the monthly and annual accounts of the Swedish company and its foreign subsidiaries and branches
* Responsibility for the financial statements process including reporting to the Group
* Lead the work on financial forecasts and budget
* Prepare annual report and income tax return
* Responsibility for the external audit process
* Responsibility for the company's financing
* Proactively work to ensure that accounting supports and follows the entire business
* Be a specialist in accounting issues and proactively follow changes in laws and practices
* Develop the use of the ERP system with a focus on automation and digitalization as well as complementary system solutions.
* Contribute to improved process development, both in the finance department and in other departments within the company

What you'll need to succeed

* M.Sc. in Business and Economics or equivalent
* 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience
* Knowledge within the regulations K3 and IFRS
* Good system experience (ERP, Excel, etc.m.)
* Fluent Swedish and English
* Good communication and leadership skills

Furthermore, if you have experience from manufacturing companies and from foreign subsidiaries and branches it is meritorious.
