About the role

As CFO for Altano Gruppe Gmbh in Denmark, you have the overall responsibility for the finances of the country operations, you report to the Group CFO in Germany, and you are part of the Danish management team.

You will be responsible for, among other things, reporting, accounting, financial statements and controlling at country level. You will be responsible for setting up and developing the operational and strategic financial planning for the company, identifying opportunities for valuation, defining measures, and monitoring their implementation. You will be responsible for the development and management of the financial department (accounting, management control, finance, reporting), but you will also be able to participate in the operational management of the group of companies and thus, for example, support the development of business support functions.

You will set up an efficient central financial and accounting system for the whole group and integrate the Danish subsidiary clinics into the group´s financial and accounting system.

The role also entails responsibility for implementing a buy & build strategy. Therefore, you need to be passionate about pushing the organization forward at a fast pace.

About you

We are looking for someone with a degree in economics and at least 3-5 years of professional experience with financial management, ideally from a similar industry. In the longer term, the role may also mean staff responsibilities, and leadership ambitions are therefore encouraged. You have an absolute team spirit and strong social skills to lead and motivate employees.

You thrive in a dynamic environment and appreciate the "entrepreneurial spirit". You have a well-developed ability to look ahead and implement structures and processes that meet future needs. You are familiar with implementing jointly agreed objectives in a coherent operational manner, and you are experienced with Danish accounting and international reporting.

As a person, you have a strong drive and commitment and thrive in an environment where you have the opportunity to influence. You are flexible, see opportunities and solutions instead of problems, and you have well-developed communicative abilities.

As we operate in an international environment, it is a requirement that you understand and follow the international finance reporting standards, as well as the local standards for Denmark, for the international consolidation. You are fluent in both Danish and English in speech and writing. German is meritorious.
