As Symetri Europe’s CFO you will be an integral part of the management team and play a critical role in the growth of the company. Your primary task will be to run and develop the European finance organization to ensure an effective and motivated team that collaborates successfully, and you will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative operations of the organization, across all markets. The position is part of the executive management team and reports to the Group CFO and COO Europe.
Main task as CFO:
Lead and support your team according to Symetri’s Leadership principles.
Ensure implementation of Symetri and Addnode policies and secure compliance.
Manage the processes for, and prepare, financial forecasting and annual budgets, month/year-end closing and oversee the preparation of all financial and logistics reporting.
Accountable for statutory compliance (Local entities).
Managing internal controls.
Develop and maintain relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders including the senior management team, the board, external partners and vendors.
Advising on long-term business and driving the financial planning (investments, cash flow, etc.).

Qualifications
This role requires an analytical person with strong financial acumen. You have high social skills and enjoy developing your team through motivating and supporting leadership. You are structured but flexible when needed and can balance short term solutions with long term outcomes.

We are primarily looking for a person for our office in Gothenburg, Lund, Oslo, or Stockholm, but are open to placement in any of our European offices for the right person.
