Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Change Leader to be involved in setting the framework of a program that is at the center of the IT division's focus. The need for a modernized infrastructure and IT platform is great and the business has high expectations for the program's upcoming deliveries both in terms of quality and time.
What you'll do:
● Plan and implement a change project within the program that takes responsibility for the change in processes and working methods that the technical solutions within the program entail.
● Identify the impact on current internal working methods and processes, how and when change activities are needed and plan and implement the internal change.
● Development of new processes and implementation of these together with the technology projects and the line.
● Be responsible for the development of a change management plan with associated communication plan and training plan and continuously update if necessary.
● Provide support to the program's management and in-depth projects in change management and communication.
Who you are:
● Experience of driving change in the role of change leader and project manager of a change project at an IT platform lift.
● Responsive, methodical and good at communicating with business and IT and roles at different levels.
● Large experience of and proven method support for change work, a responsive ear and a humility for the change the organization is facing are needed.
● Certification in project management, e.g. PMP, IPMA, with at least 5 years of experience as a change leader in an IT project or program in the last 15 years.
● Certification in change management, e.g. Astrakhan along with proficiency in written and verbal communication skills of Swedish and English language.
