General: Technology Platform, Structures and Exterior Systems has a global design responsibility for structural and exterior parts for all Volvo CE machines and vehicles. Our responsibility cover quality, delivery ( of design solutions) cost ( project and product ) and feature levels per our technology area. We work in a result oriented organization with continuous improvements as working method. We have full design responsibility from concept to detail design and product maintenance. We work cross functionally. Collaboration with fabrication ( heavy weldments ) and suppliers ( plastics and sheet metal ) is very important. Structures and Exterior Systems is facing many new challenges. To be able to meet these challenges we need to strengthen our department with additional management resources that has a passion for our technology and also for driving change and improvements. As Structures and Exterior Systems Change Management Leader You will manage projects meant to improve our common work routines and secure that we apply best practice, facilitate change initiatives and follow up routines. You will report to the Director Structure and Exterior Systems. You are a member of the S&E management team. Main Responsibilities: Lead change initiatives Facilitate result follow up Facilitate synergy realization. Support implementation of strategies Competence: Master of science in engineering or equivalent experience Project management experience Experience from product development in a global organization High knowledge on product development and relevant production methods Customer focused and good analytical skills to understand the true need of customers Excellent communication and presentation skills Self-motivated and able to manage time and prioritize work load Proficient in written and spoken English is required
