About the Position

Our channel business in the Food and Pharma markets represents one of our biggest opportunities for growth. As one of our colleagues is moving on to another position in the Food & Water community, we can now offer an opportunity to join our team.

In this role, you will drive and support the channel business for Food Heat Transfer, in close cooperation with our colleagues in the sales companies around the world. Although we work with a number of different types of heat exchangers in multiple markets, focus for this position is Plate Heat Exchangers in the dairy, brewery and beverages industries.

Like all kinds of business, working with distributors and system builders has its own traits. A large part of the value we bring to these customers reach beyond the hardware. A big part of your contribution to our business is about working with these values, making it easy and attractive to work with the Food Heat Transfer portfolio. The position is based in Lund, Sweden.

Key responsibilities
* Support and coach Sales Companies around the world in their work with established and new channels
* Support and coach new and established Channels with their sales activities in heat exchanger business
* Together with other stakeholders in the division, continue the development of channel programs
* Secure commitment from internal and external stake holders to help executing the plans

What you know?
* Minimum 3 years of documented success in channel business development within technical B2B sales.
* Experience from an international business environment.
* Experience in Plate Heat Exchangers (design/configuration, as well as being aware of the the potential value that it can bring to the entire process) is a major advantage.
