Rusthållargården is beautifully situated in the picturesque Arild, has 62 rooms and 120 seats in the restaurant. We run conference and hotel operations High quality and service. Our restaurant, which is chosen by Sweden Best table, has a gourmet profile and offers an extensive wine cellar.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
In our restaurant we strive for simplicity. We want to be a familiar place and bring you great memories. We re-create traditional dishes in general & Swedish dishes in particular. We only use high quality raw materials & Kullabygden unique materials in its season. The proximity to the sea & a long hunting tradition will leave an impression on our menu.

Now we are looking for another chef who can keep our position and develop it to new heights.
We are looking for someone with solid training and experience in the profession.
At least 5 years of kitchen experience is a requirement.

You must be able to work both in the kitchen and out with the guests. Therefore you are required to speak English in a relatively high level.
