Chef Assistant

We are looking for a Chef assistant to our Ramen kitchen team in Malmö.
Your job will include : To assist and support on tasks delegated by head chef and Sous chef. Noodle production, assist with Inventory and ordering, assist with logistics, transportation and delivery of goods, Keep track of preparations and stock. Service. Be operative in charge of the kitchen during a shift. Manage closing and opening routines.
