Job description: .
-Independent management of assigned kitchen position
-Weight/cut and portion control according to the daily menu plan
-Supervision and overview of the product quantities in all storage rooms as well as at assigned positions
-Execution of weekly general cleaning at the workplace
-Adherence to safety rules at the workplace
-Adherence to cleanliness and hygienic regulations in compliance with HACCP standards
-Active communication with the Head Chef and Sous Chef

Essential requirements:
-Education as a cook
-Competence in all cooking sciences
-Fluent in German or English
-At least 1 year of experience as a chef de partie
-Customer-oriented
-at least 18 years old
