At Tollboden we are very buzy during the summer. We can seat around 350 guests at one time and we serve 1500 lunches every day during high season. Our menu is a classical norweigian comfort food, with steak, pasta and pizzas. We have one of Norways best winecellar. The restaurant is located right by the water and the atmosphere is relaxed and busy.
Job description:
Responsible for cold food and preparations for a la carte menu.
Skills:
A la carte work experience is necessary. English speaking skills are required.
