Chief Accountant

Adtoox is a file based delivery service customized for commercials and editorial content. We are integrated with more than 300 broadcasters and publishers across Europe. We secure that each material delivered is logged, encoded, quality assured, stored and controlled accordingly to all specifications and deadlines. We streamline the work for advertisers, media agencies, ad agencies, production companies, post houses and media owners.

By managing more than 100.000 deliveries (6.000 brands) each year, Adtoox is one of the largest suppliers in Europe. We integrate 7.600 users and serve over 700 different suppliers (submitting ads). 800 different advertisers have created their own accounts in Adtoox.

Adtoox AB is now expanding at a high pace with entities in Europe, South America and Asia. Therefore we are now looking to recruit a Chief Accountant.

As a Chief Accountant your main responsibilities will be
- Accounting for our Swedish mother company and Swedish subsidiaries (currently one sub)
- Cost control
- Outgoing payments
- Reconciliations of accounts
- Consolidation of entities in Adtoox Group
- Monthly reporting
- Annual reporting
- Payroll
- Tax declarations for company tax, VAT and payroll related taxes
- Relations with auditors and other external partners
- Participating in development projects for our internally developed invoicing system in cooperation with the tech department
- Other accounting and administrative tasks

As a Chief Accountant your skills and qualifications will include
- Previous experience as chief accountant
- Accounting and payroll
- Post high school or academic degree in relevant areas
- Excellence knowledge in Swedish and English. Knowledge in Portuguese and/or Italian will be a huge plus
- Administrative skills and a true team player

What we offer

You will be backed up by a highly skilled, enterprising and positive team. You will be working closely with our finance team and CEO and reporting to our CFO. Position will be appointed immediately.

Our main office is located in the center of Stockholm. We are 40 people in total.
