Cisco FireWall Communication Technician

UCG/ Radio Support is a consulting company specialized in support to the telecom and electronics industry.Mostly in the design/verification and test/industrializing areas.We have an office at Kista in northern Stockholm but are operating all over Sweden.Through UCG recruitment we also help companies with permanent staff.All our openings require at least three years work experience from the IT business. Competence Following demands must be fulfilled: English language both spoken and written Knowledge and experience from Cisco environments and devices is a must Expert knowledge in configuration of LAN, switching, Cisco 3750 and 3560 using Cisco CLI Expert knowledge of design, configuration, implementation of WAN, routing TCP/IP, MPLS Knowledge of design, configuration, implementation of Cisco wireless, controllers (WLC) Expert knowledge of Cisco VPN Concentrator, LAN to LAN Knowledge of proxy, ISA server Expert knowledge of Cisco Content switch Expert knowledge of Cisco Pix firewalls, ASA, CSM-tool Following criteria are desirable: Understand the ITIL processes such as Change Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management and Incident Management etc. The consultant shall have following profile: A wide knowledge and experience of Cisco network communication (DHCP, switching, routing of Cisco) Approximately 5-6 years of experience within Cisco network communication Analytical, accurate and thorough Have experience from working with network at a global enterprise Be creative, self driven and a responsible person Communicative with people in the organisation Some leadership skills, experience of co-ordinator- dispatcher role The main tasks in the assignment will be 2nd level support within Cisco Security area; Pix firewalls, ASA, Fortigate, ISA/Proxy, LAN-to-LAN.Troubleshoot and configure VPN LAN troubleshooting through Cisco routers, switches and ASA firewalls.Configuration Layer3 and install wireless in IT stores and warehouses Support IT expansion and configure new built stores, most often remotely WAN line upgrades, MPLS, VPN, SDH .
