Temporary position during summer holidays. The Customer Service department in Borås consists of approximately 5 motivated and internationally oriented employees.Together we provide world class customer service to all Damco customers, both for Import and Export shipments. Damco Customer Service department is an important role of being the contact party for our customers on daily basis.Customer service handles important communication and documentation for domestic and international shipments.Activities include essential inbound and outbound transport-documentation and customs administration.Co-operation within the team and with other departments and high quality service are essential priorities. The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications: Working experience from office and/or reception Experience from import/export logistics Excellent IT skills Good communication skills Service minded and an excellent team player Ability to multi-task Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.Additional desirable skills: Customs clearance skills Experience from customer service departments in same or other businesses We expect you to have: The ambition to do a superior job and have the ability to handle a high volume of work in excellent co-operation with customers and colleagues Pro-active skills and being able to juggle many tasks at the same time, without losing sight of the right priorities, even under pressure The desire and ability to take on responsibility and hence deliver what we promise to our external and internal customers A sense of urgency, initiative and independent competitive drive to get things done An outstanding attention to details An innovative mindset You will work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and with people who enjoy what they are doing.
