Role Description
Reporting to Brian Bacon, Oxford Leadership Chairman, the post of Client Executive –will play a key and pivotal role in the company’s ongoing success, future growth, and long-term sustainability.
The role will include:
· Overall responsibility for creating and executing on the growth and growth strategy in
Globally;
· collaborating with Key Account Leads and team members to help and enable them to exceed their client development and sales targets;
· collaborating with the Oxford Leadership members to ensure that regional growth strategy, targets and plan aligns with the global strategy and plan;
· identifying and track sales KPIs incl. sales vs plan and reporting monthly on status / deviations;
· tracking and managing the sales pipeline within the CRM system;
· member of the strategic governance forums;
· executing specific marketing initiatives ensuring that marketing resources are allocated to these initiatives;
· being personally active in the market and meet with clients;
· taking on the role of Key Account Lead with specific existing large clients;
· staying up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.
Person Specification
The successful candidate will be expected to demonstrate evidence of the following skills, capabilities and experience:
· Expert experience in a leadership development, advisory, learning services or professional services marketplace;
· Global work experience and proven leadership ability;
· passion for the mission of Oxford Leadership
· embraces and thrives in a culture of transparency, accountability and trust;
· self-starter with the ability to work independently, prioritise work and coordinate multiple tasks within tight time constraints;
· ability to navigate the strategic levels of customer organisations, identify the key decision-makers, build relationships with senior executives and meet with key stakeholders;
· ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
· strong leadership, problem solving and communication skills;
· ability and willingness to travel;
· proficient in English;
The role could either be full or part time.
The role can be performed from anywhere in Sweden
