The role as Client Executive

Extenda is now looking for a Client Executive to drive incremental revenue through creating business opportunities for our clients on the Swedish market. As a Client Executive you will support and execute opportunity management and account management with the purpose of establishing Extenda as a strategic vendor and to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You are responsible for the overall business relationship with the clients and accountable for profit and loss. You will drive business development and coordinating sales activities as well as managing the sales process.  

In the role as Client Executive you are responsible for clients ongoing services as well as creating new sales opportunities and developing the client business. This includes developing a deep understanding of the client business and organization, establish relations at different levels of seniority and drive initiatives to deliver customer value. You will be responsible to drive high quality in our engagements, give business direction and drive customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities


• Accountable for all revenue and profit with the client as well as customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to key strategic investments, ensure product improvement and developing clients business.
• Manage complex contract negotiations, ensure all customer expectations and contract commitments are managed and delivered upon.
• Manage some of our most important existing client portfolios.
• Monitor and provide timely and accurate forecast of sales opportunities and pipeline management.
• Coordinate and drive business development by identifying new opportunities in clients business and managing the development process.

We think that you are intelligent, a motivated self-starter with strong interpersonal skills. You also need to be passionate about business development as well as organized and problem solving with a result-oriented approach.

In this role you will primarily be in contact with persons across different levels of seniority in the client organization and it is therefore important that you are used to negotiations and with great sense of details and continuously thrive to understand the client and their business needs. You will also need the ability to look at the business from a holistic view and how every segment plays a part the complete business view

Required Skills and Experience


• 5 + years of experience from client executive role or similar, perhaps with great technical understanding
• Business acumen and goal oriented
• Endurance and used to work in long lasting processes and long-term selling cycles
• To be attentive and keeping yourself updated about trends and the development in the retail industry
• Curious personality with penchant for networking and enjoys working in close contact with customer
• Great inter-personal skills with great and compelling communicational skills
