Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for relationship management within TCS, with primary objective of running the business and seeking for new growth areas.
Further key responsibilities are:
* Active participation in all Steering group and reference group meetings for the ongoing operations
* Acting as a SPOC for any business or operation related escalations
* Overall P&L ownership and Contract Management
* Tracking and follow up with customers on overall business frame, possible changes and regular invoices
* Participate in regular RFI/RFP process
* Sharing best practices and lessons learned
* Arranging workshops, training on need basis
* New Business development
* Proactive business proposal writing
* Driving new RFQ/RFP coming from the client
* Positioning TCS offerings to the client
* Prepare and track annual account plan
* Prepare and track quarterly sales plan
* Maintain CRM and other sales tools

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
At least 15 years of experience in IT outsourcing industry, specifically in Travel and Hospitality. At least 7 years of Pre-sales/sales experience.

* Bachelor's Degree, Management degree/diploma a plus
* Fluent in English. Knowing other Nordic languages is a plus.
* Large Account Management experience with Financial and operations rigor
* Experience of large bid management.
* CXO level connects and closely working with TCS Horizontal/Vertical heads
* Prior Nordics market experience
* Experience of working in multicultural environment as well as a Global Delivery Models
* Experience of delivery management in an Onsite/Offshore model
