We are now looking for a Client Partner to join us. In this role you will manage the relationship with key customer stakeholders and be responsible for the revenue growth. You need to establish trust, confidence about TCS capabilities and make TCS as a strategic partner as well as ensure operational and delivery excellence towards the client. The client is a well-known Swedish retailer.
The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden. Flexibility to travel across European countries and to India is expected as well as flexibility with working hours.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Responsible along with the other sales team for growth and performance per the revenue and profitability targets for the assigned portfolio
· Responsible to achieve customer satisfaction and similar organizational goals
· Drive the creation of annual business plan/strategy where in the targets for the following Financial Year (Revenue, People) together with the strategy to achieve the same
· Provide consulting services to the customers of TCS Nordics and Europe in general
· Develop value added consulting solutions and offerings
· Work with TCS customers and prospects provide them opportunities to benefit from TCS thought leadership
· Identify new opportunities in market and convert into Go To Market initiatives
· Perform Client Partner role and liaise with other internal groups in driving the completion of RFP responses
· Manage the learning and development of the teams involved in serving Nordic and European customers
· Partner with Project Management Office (PMO) and business, confirm project delivers anticipated business benefit
· Coordinates with multiple groups to bring out best business proposition and value for the customer
· Manage the Towner Lead, Program Manager and Service Delivery Managers reportees’


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
You have at least 20 years’ experience in the following:
· IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery
· Business development and creating go to market strategy
· CXO level client relationship management
· Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients
· Specific focus and expertise on Retail/Banking Domain for more than 10 years

As well as the following skills:
·Business development skills: Achieve the revenue and profitability targets set in alignment with the overall organization objectives
·Experience in operation in Global Delivery Model including but not limited to the onshore-offshore model to leverage TCS’s global consultant pool to deliver the most cost-effective services to the clients
·Leadership and Business acumen
·Experience of working in multicultural environment
·Experience working with Global Retailers
·Experience of handling relationship at CXO levels
·Organization building skills: Build the TCS Nordics team with the right competencies, experience and staffing numbers to serve the Nordic and European market effectively and efficiently
· Offerings and solution development: Understand the needs and trends in the Nordic and Europe market and tailor TCS’s existing solutions and/or create new solutions
