Your work will include:
Customer satisfaction Index – Operational & strategic.
Financial results ownership: Revenue & Growth YoY, Margins
Collaboration with customers
Responsible for the Contractual agreements – to be fulfilled
Following up with prospects several times throughout the sales cycle to ensure needs are being met.
Compiling and analyzing data to find trends.
Developing sales strategies and setting quotas
Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or technology.
The drive and energy to manage multiple accounts while looking for new opportunities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to understand client needs and handle the negotiation process.
Strong time management skills.
10+ years of experience in IT industry across the different areas of work
Knowledge of AGILE way of working
Experience of working in Nordics as the insights into the cultural expectations are important
