We are now looking for a Client Partner to join our Information Technology MFG unit. The position is placed in Stockholm. Travel as per business requirements is to be expected.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build & Nurture Client relationship in the geography
• Account Management, Stakeholder Management, Demand Creation, Achieve Revenue & Pipeline Targets
• Identifying and proposing Potential Solution & Offerings to clients
• Crafting appropriate Value Propositions using Business Value Metrics (BVM)
• Coordinating and working with Pre-Sales & Delivery teams for new proposals
• Providing relationship specific workforce planning data
• Defining Strategy and Governance for Projects & AMS Engagements
• Monitor, assess & evaluate the engagement and propose key improvements to CxO level stakeholders
• Conduct and provide key status updates for Monthly Steering committee meetings with the C-Level stakeholders
• Resource On-boarding, Resource Management, Utilization, Weekly / Monthly Operations Review
• Review Delivery plans & Budget
• Building relationship with Key executives and understand CSF’s and enrich customer research
• Works with account team to create Business Case Studies
PROFILE
You have at least 19 years’ experience within the IT industry. You are experienced in:
· Industry and Market Trends
· Stakeholder Management
· Identifying and proposing Potential Solution & Offerings to clients
• Defining Strategy and Governance for Projects & AMS Engagements
• Monitor, assess & evaluate the engagement and propose key improvements to CxO level stakeholders
• Resource On-boarding, Resource Management, Utilization, Weekly / Monthly Operations Review
• Review Delivery plans & Budget
• Building relationship with Key executives and understand CSF’s and enrich customer research
Furthermore, you are customer facing and mentoring in your approach.
