Client Partner

We are now looking for a Client Partner to join our Travel, Transportation and Hospitality unit and work with one of our customers in Hospitality. Your main responsibility will be to build relationship with customer teams and contribute to strategic initiatives for business growth and improvements. Also, you will be the first point of contact and escalation for all customer initiatives and address customer issues with speed and efficiency as well involve SMEs/CoEs as required. You will facilitate solution alignment with customer business imperatives and participate in governance reviews and maintain cordial relationships with customers as well as manage financial aspects of contracts, ensuring contracts are carried out according to agreed terms and manage account receivables.


PROFILE
You have at least 16 years of experience within the Hospitality sector. You should have a strong understanding of the IT delivery process as well as TCS solutions and strengths. Also, you are able to negotiate contracts in such a way that TCs purposes are achieved as well as keeping the customer satisfied. You have good presentation skills and excellent written and oral communication skills in English. You are experienced in project management and team management. Travel will be required but not frequently.


The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden.
