Client Partner/ Presales Coordinator

We are looking for a Client Partner/Presales Coordinator for our Manufacturing customers. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Nordic and abroad will be required from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: The person is expected to be responsible for:
Driving the Presales activities and RFx responses for Manufacturing industry prospects and assisting in acquisition of new logos
Maintaining and improving relationships with Manufacturing customer
Coordinating with TCS personnel to meet account performance and meet customer expectations
Achieve assigned sales targets
Create account strategy based on performance, financial targets, for a one to three year period
Lead solution development efforts to address customer pain points
Perform regular delivery reviews and act as the escalation point in case of service delivery deviations
Develop and manage relationship between TCS and Customer at all levels from Operational to Tactical to CXO Levels
Responsible together with the managed sales team for account growth and performance as per the profitability targets
Responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction goals
Bid management for RFXs - perform bid manager role to liaison with other internal groups in driving the completion of our response.
Creation of the annual budgeting plan for the account
Drive the creation of annual business plan/strategy where in the targets for the following Financial Year (Revenue, People) are finalised together with the strategy to achieve the same.
Identify new opportunities in market and convert into GTM initiatives
If required, face off with the prospect / client and bring the complete value of TCS services range and solutions to the client situation
Participate in presentations, solution workshops, etc which could be a part of bid process as and when required.
Perform solution and pricing validation according to the competency area as and when required
People management for resources across the account; career planning etc.

You should have a Bachelor's Degree or higher, Fluent in English. Previous sales, pre-sales experience and very good knowledge & understanding of TCS offerings, processes and operations, in an offshore centric environment.
Experience from account management and of delivery management in an Onsite/ Offshore model and knowledge of Manufacturing Industry experience is required.
