We are looking for a Client Partner for a set of large Retail & CPG customers. Depending on actual business requirements travel within Sweden and/or abroad will be required from time to time.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In this role you are expected to be responsible for develop and manage relationship between TCS and Customer at all levels from Operational, Tactical to CXO Levels.
Responsibility for account growth and performance as per the profitability targets and for achieving high customer satisfaction goals
Bid management for RFPs - perform bid owner role to liaison with other internal groups in driving the completion of bid response.
Creation of the annual budgeting plan for the account
Drive the creation of annual business plan/strategy where in the targets for the following Financial Year (Revenue, People) are finalized together with the strategy to achieve the same.
Identify new opportunities in market and convert into GTM initiatives
Meet with the prospect/client and bring the complete value of TCS? services offerings and solutions
Participate in presentations, solution workshops, etc which could be a part of bid process as and when required.
Perform solution and pricing validations for proposals, offerings
People management, career planning for resources across accounts

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
At least 15 years experience in IT outsourcing industry, specifically in Retail & CPG space
Very good knowledge of offerings, processes and operations in an offshore centric environment
Experience of working in multicultural environment, in large global account management and in Global Delivery Models
Experience working with multiple service horizontals like BPO, IS, Assurance, and extensive background of Retail & CPG Services Industry
You should have experience in Relationship Management, handling relationship at CXO levels and IT contract negotiation experience
Bachelor's Degree or higher and fluency in English language (Nordic is a plus).
Experience in previous sales and pre-sales and very good knowledge & understanding of offerings, processes and operations in an offshore centric environment
Very large account management experience for Global customers.
