Who are we looking for?
You will be a part of the Malmö office and part of a great journey, developing and driving both existing and new clients together with a dedicated team. It’s very important that you can handle and enjoy continuous changes and problem solving, a natural and necessary part in building new business. You are expected to challenge both yourself but also your clients in new ways of thinking, to adapt to a fast evolving consultant market and to drive customer success.
As an Client Responsible you will drive all sales activities towards clients and at the same time be deeply involved in developing the whole concept. You will work very closely with other parts in operations, building up a strong sales and delivery. You will be responsible for selling to both new and existing clients, so you need to be a strong networker and be able to build trust and long-term relationships.
You will work with B2B sales where developing new business at already existing clients will be very central in your everyday work. We believe that you have at least three years of relevant experience within sales and that you have a great passion for sales, IT, and business. You will be located in Malmö.

actively locate new business opportunities within existing clients
drive the sales process from start to end – take full ownership of the whole process
work towards achieving both team- and individual sales goals and objectives
be a key person in developing the business model and proactively propose improvements that lead to an awesome customer satisfaction
work with forecasts and budget
role model for client team and lead by example based on your clients game plans
having fun while doing all the above
We are looking for you who
are a great listener and have ability to develop and maintain trustful relationships at all levels, both internally and towards clients and consultants
have strong communication skills, are fluent in Swedish and English
have innovative and creative thinking, with a flexible and committed personality
have a some years of experience from B2B Sales, drive business and a “can do” and “want to win” attitude
have some background from IT industry
are not afraid to make mistakes, and learn from them
understands the challenges in working in an entrepreneurial environment and are willing to face them
have a pro-active and curious mindset
