Proffice is one of the fastest growing companies within the Nordic region, according to Growth Plus.Proffice provides flexible staffing solutions such as temporary staffing, recruiting, outsourcing and career and development programs.Proffice operates in Denmark, Finland, Norway and Sweden.Proffice AB is listed on the Stockholmsbörsen (Stockholm Stock Exchange).Proffice are now looking for a Clinical Research Leader to a biomedical company in the south of Sweden, for a longer period assignment.Description: Plan and Lead the delivery of all components of a clinical study to time, cost, and quality from the Study Design throughout the course of the study; through database lock and study closeout activities. Lead the study delivery team and be a key player during the whole study process and take the responsibility for the consistency during the course of the study.The position requires regular contact with persons of influence and decision-making authority within the company as well as global and regional functions, which necessitates considerable tact, discretion and persuasion to obtain desired outcomes while maintaining effective, positive, organizational relationships.Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in biological science or healthcare-related field.Experience in the pharmaceutical industry working in an environment of clinical study delivery/clinical development processes.Demonstrated leadership ability in a team environment.Experience in project management methodologies.Advanced knowledge of the clinical study and drug development processes, GCP/ICH guidelines.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Budgetary and resource management planning experience.Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally.Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English.Team oriented and flexible; ability to respond quickly to shifting demands and opportunities.To apply for the position please visit our website: www.proffice.se.Easily attach CV and personal letter.
