We are now looking for a Cloud & Connectivity Support with relevant competence in 2nd line support area with strong team player work ethic. Our client within the automotive industry is building a team to support their Connected Car Platform Delivery. Responsibilities
Provide 2nd line support to 1st line customer engagement center
Manage issues (log, drive, evaluate, troubleshoot, trigger actions, categorize, prioritize, verify)
Handle case status communication
Mobile Network Operator (MNO) & SIM ManagementMonitor traffic and set alarm
Adjust SIM status
Report handling and distribution

Cloud Backend ManagementMonitor activities
Configuration of alarms

Support with configuration of roles and permissions
Test & Validation – Monitor service status
Coordination and communication within the team, organization and with supplier support
Coordinate with development team on issue resolution
Availability to take responsibility for on-call schedule
Be prepared to work overtime as applicable per labor law


Qualifications
Preferred experience:
Working in ITSM tools
Support and issue handling within IT operation
Basic understanding of IoT and connected devices
Google Cloud Platform or equivalent
Basic understanding of automotive industry
MNO & SIM management
System and application testing
Agile methodologies



Competence:
Can effectively communicate, work with minimal supervision, understand and execute instructions
Have an eye for structure and order, find joy in maintaining a well-organized workplace
Strong troubleshooting and analytic skills
Drive and develop 2nd line structure and improve way of working
Shall be comfortable in taking a central role dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
Customer focused and service-oriented personalitiy
