We are now looking for a Cloud Operations Manager for our team in Helsingborg.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

- Drive and coach a team of 5-10 DevOps engineers in a geographically distributed environment
- Line management planning, budget and personnel accountability
- Develop and drive incident management and deployment processes for cloud systems
- Monitoring production systems (SaaS health) and alerting and escalations based on production system incidents
- Enable customer adoption of existing and new SaaS products and solutions thru different technical means and ways of communication
- Scaling of resources in the cloud and provisioning and deployment of production systems
- Orchestration of production entities in the cloud including automation, tooling, billing, authoring and configuration
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve technical issues (R&D, Product Marketing, Support etc.)
- Some travelling is required in this position

ABOUT YOU:

Minimum Qualifications

- Proven leadership skills
- Development management or Operational management experience for a cloud based service/SaaS system
- Good understanding of multi-tenancy, networks and services
- Master?s degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years software / IT experience, preferably in a leading position (manager, project leader etc.)
- Keen interest in product quality and making things better and technical curiosity with a desire to learn
- Great communication skills across the spectrum of technical ability, fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications:

- Past experience managing a web based service or product
- Open source mindset (most of the new technologies are open source)
