Description

Job duties:

- Develop a cloud platform on AWS that is a pleasure to deploy new services on.
- Continuously consider what could make it easier for the teams to work with compliance and cost optimization.
- Guide teams with regards to AWS and the customer development best practices.
- Ensure high availability, network connectivity and security within the platform




Mandatory competence and experience:

- Multiple years of experience working within cloud and DevOps with a focus on AWS
- Programming experience, for example JavaScript with AWS Lambda.
- Used to working with infrastructure as code, such as CDK, CloudFormation, Terraform etc.


Preferred competence and experience:

- Understanding of network technologies. Such as DNS, Transit Gateway, Direct Connect, VPC and VPN.
- Understanding of security concepts with hands-on experience in implementing security controls and compliance requirements. For example, AWS Config, Cloud trail, Guard duty and Security Hub.
- Worked with cost optimization and helped teams be more cost effective.
- Ability to translate architectural requirements.
- AWS Certified.
