We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Cloud Platform Operational Engineer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.




Key Responsibilities:
The Service Management Engineer will be responsible of:
Attend to the DevOps teams' operational requests.
Manage incidents involving CCoE-certified services and products that have been published (On the deployment and operational activities)
Engineers in service management will oversee workload technical designs to ensure compliance with the service management framework.
Specialized knowledge.





Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
The candidate should have the technical understanding & knowledge of:
Identity and Access Management in the Cloud
Services for cloud networking and connectivity
Cloud Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) Compute Services and High Availability Solutions
Storage in the Cloud
Cloud PaaS Compute, Web, and Data services, as well as overall basic infrastructure.
Services for cloud security and operations



He/She should have the experience in the following:
Identity and Access Management services in Azure
Services for Azure networks
Services at the IaaS and PaaS levels & Azure native.
