Assignment Overview
We are looking for a Senior Configuration Manager
What You Will Work On
Take end-to-end ownership of configuration and deployment processes
Analyze current ways of working and identify improvement areas
Establish structured governance and compliance within configuration management
Define and implement standardized release and deployment routines
Drive process improvements in a complex Oracle Cloud environment
Ensure alignment between development teams and leadership stakeholders
Coordinate configuration and release activities across Sweden and offshore teams
Strengthen quality, traceability, and process adherence within the organization

What You Bring
Extensive experience working with configuration management and deployment processes
Proven experience establishing and improving processes in complex IT environments
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud and Oracle Fusion
Experience working in distributed and offshore team setups
Fluency in English, both spoken and written
Senior presence with confident and clear leadership capabilities
Structured and quality-focused mindset with strong governance awareness
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to create alignment across technical and business stakeholders
Proactive, action-oriented, and comfortable driving change initiatives
