TS Technical Support & Quality is responsible for System Support, Package Performance Support, Aseptic Performance Support, System Performance Management, Quality- and Technical Issue Management process. Our organization is set up to handle technical issues within Cluster Europe & Central Asia. In each country we work with Sales and Field Service Operations with a strong focus on our customers.
We are looking for a highly motivated and target oriented TS Cluster System Specialist Carton Value Filling Equipment, to strengthen our organization Cluster Europe & Central Asia. You will be part of an open, highly motivated and international team. We have a strong focus on our customers, competence development and early involvement in newest technology.
You will act as ambassador for Tetra Pak and help maintain the company’s reputation for commitment and service worldwide.
You will report to the Team Leader System Support Carton Value, Cluster Europe & Central Asia.
The position requires approximately 80% of travelling.
You could be based in the Nordic countries or in any of the Baltic countries.

What you will do
As a System Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the performance of Tetra Pak filling machines systems at our customers’ plants.
Our customers are located in the market areas of Europe and the tasks at customers’ premises as well as on your home base will be:
· Drive escalated Technical Service issues to ensure efficient and accurate issue resolution in accordance with QTIM process to improve customer satisfaction
· Systematically analyse and troubleshoot escalated technical issues through remote support/direct hands-on intervention and drive PSM activities
· Proactively build and maintain a network of contacts with customers, colleagues in the different market areas, cluster organization and Packaging Platforms
· Support TS Issue Management in claim handling according to the processes and stay updated on Technical Bulletins and Rebuilding Kits information
· Keep yourself fully up to date with technical developments and educate, coach, support and share experience with TP colleagues and customers and to be the PSM coach and/or leader in PSM teams, ensure knowledge is updated and ideas/issues are shared
· Share system performance key learnings across cluster and global specialist network
· Promote installation of upgrade kits and optional kits for installed base to the Key Account Teams and Technical Sales Support
· Balance quality level to customer value and utilize relevant resources to be cost efficient
· Report and track relevant measures to ensure that information and documentation are available
· Be part of the 24/7 Packages Remote Team Hub Hochheim

Who you are

We believe you have:
· Automation/engineering education, preferably University degree or similar
· At least 2 years work experience at Tetra Pak preferably as a Field Service Engineer, Trainer or specialist (preferably A3F, DIMC, Automation or other CV systems)
· Expert with Tetra Pak filling equipment and knowledge in processing and food safety is a must
· Business Fluent in English verbal and written
· High level of automation experience
· High level of analytical problem-solving methodology, understanding of customer business models and profitability drivers
· Self-driven mentality and independent personality with a high level in the ability to work autonomous
· Flexible and able to take independent and critical decisions in front of the customer
· Team player with strong communication skills
· Willingness and ability to travel (ca. 80%) to all countries within cluster E&CA
