Cobol developer to Swedish Banking

Group IT is a cross-border organization with 1500 IT employees spread across all home markets, located in Stockholm Umeå, Tallinn, Riga and Vilnius. Group IT is responsible for IT management in ensuring the long-term focus of IT and adaptation to the bank's business strategies. Last but not least, Group IT deliver a range of IT services to the bank, including development and maintenance.

About the job In our Online Channels team on Swedish Banking we are primarily working with the Internet and Mobil bank, both in TDE and Mainframe. Now we are looking for a talented Cobol developer to identify and solve problems, implement improvements and participate in exciting development projects in Mainframe environment.

In this role, you will work on development and maintenance within the Internet, Mobile and Telephone bank area, with Id products and security solutions. You will work close to the business and other IT departments.

What you need to succeed We are looking for a positive and dedicated team player interested in digging into our customer’s problems. You are social, analytical and structured problem solver motivated by troubleshooting and finding solutions. You have at least a few years of experience from Cobol development and maintenance and you are also familiar with DB2 and SQL. You have excellent language skills in Swedish and English, both written and spoken. It is an advantage if you also have knowledge of Kärnan, Kund and Avtal.
