Assignment Overview
We are looking for a Coding Scrum Master – .NET / C# (MedTech)
What You Will Work On
Plan and develop new features and product improvements using C#/.NET.
Facilitate and maintain agile structures and Scrum ceremonies.
Support and enable the team during sprints, removing impediments and ensuring flow.
Perform technical analyses and investigations.
Produce technical documentation including design, requirements, and test specifications.
Maintain and further develop existing products.
Work closely with other development teams in an integrated environment.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Apply automated testing practices including TDD (Test-Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development).

What You Bring
Relevant academic degree (BSc/MSc) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar.
Strong experience in software development using C#/.NET.
Previous experience acting as Scrum Master in agile teams.
Experience with product development and understanding of full product lifecycle.
Experience working in regulated or quality-assured development environments (e.g., MedTech).
Strong analytical mindset and proactive approach.
Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
Fluency in Swedish and English (spoken and written).
