We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a Colour & Material Studio Engineer with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
Principal duties include:
Assuring our Colour & Material deliveries with technical know-how to meet the design intention
Assuring the delivery of masters within the scope of responsibility
Participate in and contribute to the strategic work.
Challenge engineering when necessary to meet design intentions.
Ensure an innovative dialogue with our suppliers.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
A technical university degree or an equivalent based on work experience; documented material knowledge in the textile industry;
Experience in the development of colours and materials (CMF work)
We anticipate that you will be interested in cars, material knowledge, and material expression.
You should not be afraid to participate in contentious debates while remaining cool-headed and a good team player both within Design and with the other departments we collaborate with. Within VCC, you already have a sizable network or have the capacity to create one.
We anticipate you to be highly motivated, dedicated, and eager to contribute to the vision of VCC. the ability to move freely in a sustainable, safe, and personal manner
Excellent leadership abilities, including the ability to direct and plan one's own work
Outstanding oral and written presentation abilities
Capacity to comprehend and articulate a design intention
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to create a large network
