Combination work Horse/childcare

We are a small Swedish agency in the UK that deal with stable staff and riders, we find work for capable people ready for paid work, involving horses, stable management, riding and grooms in the UK. Eire and Europe. We also have families looking for Mother's help, childcare and care for the elderly.
All jobs are with free accommodation.

Information from the employer, family Richardson:
We are a family of 5, our children are 1/3 and 8, the 2 eldest at nursery and school. We have two dogs and six horses including ponies. I'm a rider. I am looking for a lovely person to give me extra hands, like a mother's help. If I ride I would appreciate someone looking after the baby.
We are in Upper Basildon, Berks. In between Reading and Newbury.
We need someone to start very soon. I have a cleaner who comes in regularly.
Would need help with general yard duties and you can ride as much as you want.
I sell poultry from home and have clients picking up young birds. They buy them as pets.
Very little babysitting.
You have a lovely self contained accommodation. If you are a car driver we provide you with a car and pay your insurance.
Its a five day a week and about 20 hours and we pay you plus food £150."
