The agency:
hub.brussels is the Belgian regional agency for business support whose mission is to develop and stimulate trade activities abroad. The office in Stockholm is currently looking for a commercial assistant for its office located within the Belgian Embassy in Stockholm.
The primary objective for this position is to assist Brussels companies with the prospection and development of their export activities to the Swedish market.
Candidate profile:
A background in business administration, economics, international relations or the like;
A strong interest in international trade;
Affinity with and knowledge of Swedish business culture;
Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, proficient knowledge of French or Dutch would be a strong asset;
Excellent IT-literacy: MS Office package, CRM platforms
Knack for networking and strong organisational skills.


Main tasks:
Respond to trade inquiries from Brussels companies
Commercial databases
Assistance in managing market surveys
Support for all the commercial and economic activities (participation in trade fairs and exhibitions, seminars, etc…)
