Job Title: Commercial Development Manager
Join Outokumpu as a Commercial Development Manager!
Location: Sweden (Avesta, Degerfors, Nyby)
What you’ll do:
Taking Lead Generation to the next level, such as focusing on automation & advanced lead handling capabilities, enhancing focus on Proactive Lead hunting to generate new customers & business.
Excel in overall advancement of customer-facing activities, taking our customers view + opinions and turn those into tangible improvement proposals for us to work on. (Customer Survey / Collating feedback from customer visits etc.)
Ensure BLAM Commercial collaborates with supporting functions in a timely manner for all Launch Excellence activities and deadline are met for new products.
Owner for Commercial Strategy reporting
Manage projects – including global, cross-functional and complex
Work with IT to embed initiatives/capabilities into systems
Support the transformation in line with best practices of change management
What you bring:
Master’s degree (or equivalent)
Several years in commercial, consulting, or commercial development
Strong business acumen; project management, structured approach, influencing/coaching, outcome orientation
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
High digital capability and ambition to advance commercial capabilities
Drive and potential for future (sales) leadership; relevant industry or IT/systems/ComEx experience is a plus
