What you´ll do
As a Commercial Engagement Manager you will work together with your Brand & Go-to-Market team members and with executives across the organization. A role that for many have been a steppingstone towards leadership. Your mission is to execute the overarching brand strategy for Telenor Sweden and the market planning for our Consumer (i.e. B2C) division including all 4P's - product, price, place and promotion.
You will support and manage our strategically most important projects cross-functionally and be a strong and active representative for our brand in our organization. You will contribute to set our long-term brand strategy and annual marketing planning. You will be a key player to secure involvement, engagement and execution of strategy and market plans with key stakeholders.

Who you are
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have a few years of experience of managing complex projects as a strategy consultant or equivalent. You are a team-player who believes in collaboration and have a sharp strategic mindset with the ability to perform complex analyses.
It is important that you are willing to get your hands dirty and you that you get excited by a diverse set of projects, ranging from strategic to more operational in nature. Due to your previous experience, you feel confident in this area and you see this opportunity as a great next step in your career.
* Have a systematic approach and are great at creating structure to tackle complex questions
* Strong communication skills with the ability to influence others, both orally and written
* Have a flexible, innovative and pragmatic approach with the will to find new ways to solve questions
* Always strive to do things in a smarter and more efficient way in order to deliver results
* Are fluent in English since we are a multinational company with many different nationalities
