LYNK & CO is a newly launched global car brand with the aim to re-design the entire process of buying, owning and using a car.

LYNK & CO is owned by Geely Auto which is a Chinese multinational automotive company headquartered in Hangzhou, China.

We are a fast growing team based in Gothenburg, Sweden, and Hangzhou, China, with the vision to be the first Chinese car manufacturer that launches a truly global car brand and reshapes the customer journey.

Commercial Launch Manager

As Commercial Launch Manager you will be responsible for securing the timely and efficient launch of our future new products. The launch phase includes part of the industrialization over production start and during the first months of the product in market. You do this by having a good understanding of the brand- and business strategies of LYNK & CO as well as a good understanding of the full commercial complexity of a car launch.

A keen sense of business needs and how to manage a complex offer in going to market in a highly competitive situation is vital. Strong analytical and lateral skills as well as a focus on details and quality of work is taken for granted in this position. The ability to intellectually move quickly between discussions on numbers, customers, product, manufacturing, market and business will be highly valuable. And mostly, that you enjoy being part of a great team and that you like responsibility and quick decisions.

Responsibilities and tasks

You will be responsible for the commercial launch of future cars for LYNK & CO within the Geely Auto group and in that capacity you will be responsible for the timely and efficient start of sales of our future products in market

Own and drive product launch related topics for the relevant product lines cross functional and both towards R&D, manufacturing and the commercial organizations. You will be working closely with and supporting your colleagues in the Commercial Management function where you are responsible for all future products from a commercial perspective.

Requirements

- B.Sc. Marketing or similar education
- Strong and proven experience from project management and preferably from launching products to market.
- Ability to work in a very high paced environment with a continuous shifting flora of issues to resolve.
- Team player with a strong “can do” attitude
- Entrepreneurial mindset, there are no problems - only solutions.
