As a Commercial Manager you?ll be working in a highly motivated team working together with our customers in the Nordic region. The primary focus of this role is to formulate sound commercial structures and support the commercial team from bid submission through to finalizing the contract in the telecom project. You will also play an important part in the sales- and bidding process. In addition you will be responsible for sales contracts review and negotiation for us and our local representative offices, focusing on contract quality, reporting to the Director of local representative office and the Director of the Contract & Negotiation Department at our CEE & Nordic Sub-regional Headquarter. You?ll have the following tasks and responsibilities: ? Contract Negotiation, Drafting contracts, agreements related to the system and service supply for communication industry, MOU, project management agreement. ? Gather risk items evidence for projects implement, and risk evaluation for contracts in the stage of negotiation. ? Advice professional opinions for contract evaluation. ? Share experiences and knowledge with other projects via an info-platform ? Support the team with comprehensive analysis for contract risks in the tender/bid decision. Qualifications: To be successful in this role, we?re seeking for a candidate with the following qualifications: ? A bachelors degree or higher, majored in business, finance, international trade, international economics, law, or an MBA, etc. ? Expertise in Bidding & contract field, Contract Law or related discipline. ? 3-5 years working experience in contract negotiation works in medium-sized enterprises, and working background of telecommunication/turnkey engineering projects will be an advantage; knowledge of FIDIC will be a privilege. ? Fluent spoken and written English and Swedish. ? Ability to use MS Office computer programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. ? EU work permit. It?s an advantage if you speak fluent Mandarin. For this position it?s important for you to be communicative and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced changing environment. You are also open-minded, responsible and have good presentation skills. Location: The Commercial Manager will work within the C&N dept. of CEE & Nordic organization. The Nordic & Baltic organization is managed from Kista, Sweden. Location of this position is in Kista, Sweden. Traveling is seen as a natural part of this position.
