About the role

We are now looking for two Commercial Project Leads to join the Tracheostomy Transformation team. As a Commercial Project Lead you will be responsible for planning, driving, and executing projects in line with the business strategy and market needs. Together with the team you will contribute to the development of our working methods and frameworks. The role will give you the opportunity to collaborate with different functions across the organisation both independently and in project teams.

You will be reporting to Director of Tracheostomy Transformation and be a part of the Tracheostomy Transformation team. The role is full time and based at the headquarters in Hyllie with good commuting from both sides of the Öresund bridge.

Your responsibilities


• Key tasks include planning and driving commercial activities, e.g.;

• Market launch
• Product Launch
• Go-To market models
• Pricing


• Support and drive the development of our Global Commercial framework and best-practice sharing
• Supporting the Tracheostomy Business with ad hoc tasks to maximize business performance
• Supporting the Global Leadership team in different tasks related to the commercial agenda

The following requirements are indicative for the position:


• A university degree within business, economics, engineering or similar
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Management Consulting or similar corporate roles
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills in Excel and Power Point
• Advanced understanding of the commercial side of business as well as stakeholder management across the organization and seniority
• The ability to lead Commercial Projects and being able to share the vision in a clear way through verbal and written communication
