IT Procurement Specialist
Join our dynamic team in a continuously evolving organization, where you'll play a crucial role in procuring hardware and software from our vendors. You'll collaborate closely with internal customers and vendors to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Business Tech Organization: Assist with the procurement of software and hardware.
Order and Delivery Management: Track and follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
Procurement Administration: Handle administrative tasks related to procurement processes.
Vendor Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
Invoice Handling: Manage invoices and related documentation.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
Administrative Skills: Detail-oriented and efficient in administrative tasks.
Experience with Purchase Orders: Familiarity with procurement processes in larger organizations.
Vendor and Stakeholder Interaction: Effective communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in MS Office 365: Strong skills in Microsoft Office tools.
Business English: Excellent written and spoken English.
Preferred Qualifications:
ServiceNow Experience: Familiarity with the ServiceNow platform.
IT Equipment Knowledge: Understanding of various IT hardware.
Basic Software Licensing Understanding: Knowledge of software licensing principles.
