To further enhance our performance, we are now looking for a Commercial Training Manager to join our Region North market. In this role you can be homebased anywhere in the Nordics, preferably relatively close to a bigger airport as you will be travelling up to 40 % in this role.
The purpose of the position is to be a training specialist with the responsibility of developing, implementing and facilitating training programs for our commercial employees. By assessing the needs of the business, implementing trainings and development plans, and facilitating a variety of training programs, you will support the enhancement of effectiveness of our commercial organisation.

Key Accountabilities
Provide Sales Training
Localize and implement all global programs and initiatives locally
Responsible for co-ordinating introductory programs for new employees
Support the implementation of all global processes and tools within the field of Commercial Excellence
Lead and develop the local community of part-time trainers (best practice sharing, attend trainings and provide feedback, review evaluations to identify and implement improvements etc)
Secure that the global training concept and toolbox are fully implemented in all training activities
Secure all local programs and initiatives are fully aligned with 3C
Track progress and measure impact in all programs and initiatives and keep all stakeholders updated on a regular basis
Develop and support the sales managers in their key tasks; pipeline management, opportunity reviews, coaching, co-visits, create and execute on PDPs and using tools and systems in an efficient way
On a regular basis attend co-visits to coach the sales reps and be updated on the daily sales work and gather customer insights
Attend activities powered by Global Sales Training to stay sharp and be updated on new insights regarding adult learning and new learning technologies – on a regular basis be re-certified (TTT, knowledge check, teach-backs etc), assess employees’ skills, performance, and productivity to identify areas of improvement.


Qualifications and experiences
University degree
Sales manager background with proven strong sales performance
Minimum 2-3 years’ experience working as Sales Trainer or similar role
Strong facilitation and presentation skills – experience of planning and running training sessions
High level of customer centricity (both in sales and regarding internal stakeholders)
A coaching attitude and pedagogic mindset
Fluent in English and one Nordic language. Any additional Nordic language is an advantage
