Commercialization Manager - Additive Manufacturing Solutions


The Product Positioning team is organized within the Marketing & Sales function in the Medium Gas Turbine Service Segment. The core purpose of this team is to lead product and commercialization strategy for different service lines, i.e.  steer “cradle 2 grave” responsibility of sustainably conscious products that offer business value to our MGT service customers. We strive to understand the value drivers of our customers (their growth opportunities or pain points), convert them into requirements for new product development and support with commercialization and  market launch activities.

Your Responsibilitites
* Approach current customer segments (e.g. power plant operators) and new customer segments (automotive, aerospace etc) to offer and sell AM solutions and services
* Identify opportunities to package new AM solutions and services from new resources and capabilities being developed as part of the company efforts in industrializing AM production.
* Assess our competitive position in the AM marketplace by keeping track of opportunities from customer segments and threats for close competitors.
* Drive commercialization activities (pricing, go to market strategy and sales trainings) relevant for the different AM solutions and services.
* Define and manage the portfolio of AM offerings. Ensure the portfolio is sellable (i.e. there is value for customer), enable SE to gain competitive advantage in the industry and bring profitable growth for the Service business.
