Commissioning Coordinator

Minnovation International AB is now searching for an experienced Commissioning Coordinator for our business partner.
Location: Skellefteå


Responsibilities
- Coordinate smooth commissioning of the project by coordinating between
Customer and the company.
- Track and review progress through meetings with Customer.
- Evaluate contractual commissioning statistics and instruction guidelines in
accordance with the needs of the project.
- Compile commissioning report data for summarizing.
- Schedule and supervise operational reviews in association with Customer staff.
- Create an empowering and inspiring work culture with the commissioning team.
- Attain Customer satisfaction through adhering to Customer guidelines with the
entire project team.
- Interact and negotiate with Customer on commissioning goals and guidelines.
- Assist and guide Customer staff in outlining commissioning responsibilities.
- Coordinate between management and functional staff of Customer.
- Collaborate with Customer to deliver contracts within specified guidelines.
- Assess and delegate resolution of issues.
- Contribute views on designs, constructions, proposals during management
meetings.
- Encourage Customer staff to project goal.


Requirements
- Minimum 20-year experience in engineering, procurement and construction for
chemical plant with 5 years as Commissioning Coordinator.
- Experience in developing and implementing detailed commissioning execution
plans and schedules.
- Deep knowledge of operation and maintenance of process plant.
- Understanding of plant engineering codes and safety standards.
- Problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication skills with Japanese and English.
- A related degree in process or mechanical engineering.
