Plats: Stockholm Publicerad: 30 oktober 2006 Uppdragsbeskrivning On behalf of Symantec Nordic, tng group is currently looking for a commissions analyst for Symantec's office in Stockholm.Symantec is a global leader in providing software, appliances, and services to help individuals, small and mid-sized businesses, and large enterprises assure the security, availability, and integrity of their most important asset - information.Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst for Northern Europe, the Commissions Analyst will be responsible for the allocation of sales orders/revenue for sales rep commissioning and internal reporting purposes for the office in Stockholm. The Commissions Analysts will be supported by the Senior Business Analyst, and work closely with the sales organisation and country management. The Commissions Analyst will be expected to assign individual sales orders to a corresponding sales rep on a daily basis, by processing email claims, industry mapping, resolving disputed orders, and management referral.They will also be responsible for issuing the Revenue Report, and dealing with associated queries. Kravprofil This is a critical role working for a global IT company, and would suit an outgoing and bright individual.- Attention to detail - Excellent communication skills (including fluency in Swedish and English, verbal and written) - Experience of manipulating large volumes of data in Excel - Self motivated - Ability to cope in a high pressure environment Higher education/college diploma is desired, but not required.
