Epiroc´s Supply Chain organization is in the middle of an exciting transformation journey. The vision is to create a world-class Supply Chain for the Parts & Services division (PSD) and Tools & Attachments (TLD) division.
We are looking for a driven and committed collaborator that can handle many parallel ongoing activities and who loves working both strategically and operationally with internal communications and training.
Your mission
Professional Change Management is one of the corner stones for a successful transformation. As Communications and Training Specialist you play an important role in this journey. You are responsible for the Supply Chain and Excellerate! program’s training and internal communication.
In this role you will set the benchmark for how Epiroc works with communication and training in a transformation. You will work both strategically and operationally in a small, self-going team.
You report to the Supply Chain Change Management Lead and the role is a 12 months project assignment, with the possibility to become a permanent position in the Group.
Your profile
To succeed in this role you have a bachelor’s degree in relevant area, i.e Communications, Journalism, Business Administration - or have acquired equivalent competence through experience. You have at least three years of experience working in a similar role.
You have excellent internal communications skills, with focus on communication planning and creation, article writing and visual storytelling. You know how to plan, coordinate, execute and follow-up on trainings to fit projects and business needs. Experience of e-learning creation and gamified training concepts are highly valued.
You are fluent in English and have a good understanding of what it takes coordinate communication and training activities in complex projects. Hands-on skills in MS office, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, video filming/editing and intranet administration is needed in this role.
Location and travel
This position is located in Örebro, Sweden. Occasional travel is required.
