We are now looking for the right person to fill an open position as a Communications Coordinator to strengthen our Corporate Communications & PR team within our Marketing department in our headquarter office in Lund.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
As a Communications Coordinator you will monitor daily news of both traditional and social media to share top stories on Galaxis, Axis Intranet. You will handle social media content flow and responding (Facebook, Twitter, Linked In, Google+, YouTube, Flickr, Slide Share) and create quarterly monitor reports.

As a Communications Coordinator you will support and coordinate different communication activities such as sponsoring, customer stories and sustainability. In your role you will also write and proofread communications material on various topics as well as proofread, coordinate and distribute press releases in Swedish and English.

Furthermore you will manage and maintain relevant sites in www.axis.com and on Axis intranet, Galaxis as well as handle various activities such as coordination of external suppliers and several internal departments.

The position will include limited traveling, approx. 5 days/year.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a driven, creative and resourceful team player that thinks outside the box and takes own initiatives. We believe that you’re social, accurate, have very strong organizational skills and a graphic eye. In order to thrive in this position you need to be creative, flexible, have strong communications skills and be able to multi-task.

Furthermore we believe that you have a:

* Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media & Communications and/or Public Relations 
* Superior writing and verbal skills in English and Swedish
* Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills
* Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Power point and Web-search proficiency
* Minimum 2 years experiences within a Media & Communications and/or Public Relations
